ABRAHAM ANDRUSS died in 1729, in Waterbury, New Haven, CT, at approximately 77 years of age. He was a man of note of Waterbury, and served as one of the town's first townsmen (or selectmen). His house lot was west of JOHN WELTON's lot. Later he built a house near the mill.
REBECCA CARRINGTON is believed to be the sister of John Carrington of Mattatuck, and daughter of JOHN CARRINGTON of Wethersfield.
Their son, Abraham, was said to be first child born in Mattatuck.
